What we wash.
Which one your house gets is not a preference. The surface decides it, and we will tell you which one we are using and why before anything gets wet.
- 01House washing and soft washLow pressure plus a cleaning solution, so the chemistry does the work instead of the water. That is what siding, soffits, trim and gutters want. Force it with pressure instead and you drive water up under the laps.
- 02Pressure washingReal pressure, and only where a surface can take it. Concrete, brick and bare hard surfaces can. Painted trim, vinyl and anything with a coating on it cannot, so those get the soft wash.
- 03Concrete cleaningDriveways, aprons, sidewalks and the pad around a deck. Years of grey lifts off and the concrete goes back to the color it was poured.

Straight answer
What a wash fixes, and what it does not.
A wash is the cheapest thing that changes how a house looks, and it is the fastest way to find out what actually needs work. It is not a repair, and we would rather say so now than after.
- It takes off what is sitting on the surface.
- Dirt, algae, mildew and the grey film weather leaves behind. That is most of what makes a house look tired, and it is why we ask about a wash before anything else gets quoted.
- It does not repaint anything.
- If the paint underneath is already chalking or peeling, a wash will take some of it with it. We will tell you that when we look at the house, not once the water is running.
- It does not resurface concrete.
- Concrete that is stained through, spalled or cracked comes out clean, not new. Cleaning and repair are two different jobs and we will tell you which one you are looking at.
- It does not seal anything.
- Sealing is separate work. We do joint sealing as its own job, and it starts on a surface that is already clean.
