Anything you submit here is received by LegacyForgeAI LLC, the operator of this site, and is handled by us. It is not sent anywhere else. If you need an answer right now, call or text the number on this site instead.
We collect what you choose to give us, plus a small amount of automatic usage data. If you fill in the estimate form or message the assistant, that is usually your name, your phone number, the address of the job and a short description of the work.
We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate page statistics. It is built not to identify individual visitors and we do not use it for advertising. No payment or card details are collected anywhere on this site.
The assistant on this site is automated software, not a live person. It answers questions about the work and helps get an estimate started. It runs on this page from a fixed script, so what you type in it is not sent to any outside AI service. What you choose to submit as an estimate request does reach us.
It gives general information only. It does not give professional, legal or binding advice, it does not quote prices, and it cannot confirm an appointment time. Any time it captures is a request until somebody calls you back to confirm it.
We use what you send for one thing: to answer your question or set up your free estimate. Giving us your phone number means LegacyForgeAI LLC, as the operator of this site, may contact you by phone, text or email about that specific request. We do not add you to a marketing list, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any point.
